Music Shakers is committed to:
promoting the development of fundamental musical and communication skills in infants and young children,
providing enjoyable dance and movement experiences that everyone can participate in and benefit from,
offering a fun place to socialize and build new friendships in order to enrich the lives of children, families and communities.
Music Shakers provides open and inviting classes
where the pleasure and educational value of music, instrumental
play and dance can be
shared in an informal group setting. The curriculum includes
music books, songs and activities that families use in
class and take with them to continue the learning experience at
home.We also offer training programs, parties and workshops. We seek to bring more parents, teachers and musical professionals into the experience of bringing music into children's lives, and base our programs on extensive research of early childhood music development.
